  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Cash, all major credit cards, and Afterpay are accepted. Gratuity is not required but is appreciated.

  • What is the booking procedure?

    All appointments require (debit or credit card) on file and require a 50% deposit.

  • What is cancellation policy?

    In the event you need to reschedule, you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If it is less than 48 hours, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    “No call, No shows” will be banned from booking with Lucid Skin + Beauty Boutique.

  • What is the product return policy?

    If you are unsatisfied with a product you’ve purchased, you are able to return the product within 14 days for a full refund.

  • What happens if I'm late to an appointment?

    If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment without notification, you will be charged a flat fee of $35 in addition to the cost of the scheduled service.
